installment sales is one of our core business activities. we offer installment sales to corporate customers over a number of different industries, such as the transportation, storage and communications, wholesale and retail, and construction industries, as well as to individual consumers.

we typically take a senior security interest in the underlying asset, where we will register equipment, machinery and other assets with the relevant regulatory authority. at the end of the contract term, the title over the underlying asset is transferred from us to the customer. during the term of the contract, if the customer breaches the contract prior to the conclusion of the installment sales contract, we have the right to repossess the underlying assets.
